deadlifts 100/70
strict handstand push-ups
Rest 5 minutes
Then, following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
power cleans 70/50
one-legged squats
Both do 2 and 2, then 4 and 4 and so on. Participants are allowed to start in different movements and can continue after both have done the required reps.
