Endurance WOD on kestävyyspainotteista harjoittelua pääosin laitteilla (hiihto ja soutu). Valmentaja ohjeistaa lämmittelyn, harjoituksen idean, sykerajat tai intensiteetin ja loppuverryttelyn. Tämän jälkeen harjoitus suoritetaan itsenäisesti.

Tunnille mahtuu 10 henkilöä, jokaisella on käytössä oma laite, joka mahdollistaa hieman erilaisten harjoitusten tekemisen.
